As far as I can remember I loved the songs of Mohammed Mounir. His songs are associated with different stages, memories and emotions; joy, sad, and anger. His songs reflects my rebellion personality. I think that he is the greatest contemporary singer in Egypt. He is been always different. I was lucky to attend for the first time a live musical concert for him.
In his concert he sang amazing mix of different songs that were a blend of Egyptian/Arabic pop, Nubian, and sufi... all great. He managed to carry us high with his voice, music, genuine performance and lyrics that carry a message in each song. His lyrics never been easy to comprehend from first time, they are deep, construct images and sends messages of freedom, hope, and love.
He do have a style and always will.....
